Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Clients agree to apy in full.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide the information and assets needed to complete the project, including accurate project details, required text, images, branding materials, and feedback within a reasonable timeframe.

Project delays caused by missing client materials may result in adjusted delivery dates.

5. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included unless otherwise agreed. Requests that significantly change the original project scope may require additional charges.

Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website content created specifically for the client transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed. ZiggyLabs may display completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.

7. Cancellation

Projects may be cancelled by either party. Any completed work performed before cancellation may be billed. If a cancellation fee is listed in your agreement or invoice, that fee also applies.

8. Warranty

While ZiggyLabs strives to deliver reliable websites, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or compatibility with every future browser, device, or third-party service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZiggyLabs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
